Can I cancel or change my order?

When can I expect to receive my package?

Each item at Beauty Saloon is a custom made item especially for you and it will take us 2-10 working days to ensure your order is everything you hoped for before it ships.

This means that your order will be shipped from global areas such as Poland, China, Hong Kong, etc. Unfortunately, our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers, but we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Please note: Some of our items in our catalog are so popular that delivery times may be longer than the estimate below. Don't worry if your order doesn't appear right away, it's on its way.

Estimated delivery time in DK: 3-7 days

Estimated delivery time internationally: 5-20 days

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

To ensure your fantastic gift arrives in time for Christmas, please follow the closing dates below. After these dates we cannot guarantee timely delivery before Christmas.

Please note: Orders must be placed by December 2nd.

Can I track my package?

You will receive a tracking number per email a few days after you place your order. If you have not received your tracking number within the specified time frames, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your package to appear in the shipping company's tracking system. For international orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves the country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking information.

I never received my package. What should I do?

If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact one of our experts through our Contact Us page and we'll do our best to help you!

How much does shipping cost?

When you go to secure payment, you can enter your delivery address and proceed to the shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated and then added to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

What about customs? Will there be taxes or duties when my package arrives?

Beauty Saloon is not responsible for customs, duties or taxes determined by the country of destination. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional charges.

I ordered the wrong size or color. What should I do?

For changes within 24 hours of ordering please refer to the MY ORDER section above on this page for further details. As every product at Beauty Saloon is printed to order, unfortunately we cannot exchange your product. But your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that makes you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.

I am not satisfied with the quality. What should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will take it back! All our products go through a thorough quality control and we will reprint any defective items free of charge. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for more details.

I have received the wrong item. What should I do?
