Shipping and Delivery

Order and Shipment Confirmation When you have placed your order with Beauty Saloon , you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming that it has been successfully placed. When shipping, you will receive an e-mail with a Shipping Confirmation that contains the Tracking Number, Courier Partner and Estimated Delivery Date. If you do not find these emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Processing time and Shipping schedule For the highest quality, we require 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Please note that this processing time is different from the shipping time. To determine the total time to receive your order, simply add the processing time to the shipping time. Please note that we only ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Courier partners and Tracking With Beauty Saloon we work with reliable courier companies to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with a Tracking Link. It is important to note that the time frame for delivery given in the email is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Also, the tracking information may take 1-4 days to appear on the courier's website.

Signature and Delivery of Packages Certain courier partners may require a signature upon delivery. In such cases, the package will not be left at your front door without a signature from someone at the delivery address. If you will not be available to sign, you can appoint another person to do so, or you can investigate alternative delivery options by contacting the courier.

Damage caused by Courier Handling Although we carefully pack our products, damage may occur during transport due to courier handling. If you receive a Damaged Package, please photograph the packaging and immediately report the matter to the courier company. At the same time, please contact us at support@beautysaloon.dk with the same photos and we will provide our greatest assistance.

Incomplete / Incorrect Orders If your package arrives with missing or incomplete items, please notify us at support@beautysaloon.dk within 48 hours of receipt. Occasionally, we may ship products separately, resulting in separate Shipping Confirmations for each package. In cases where replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the incomplete or missing items and we will cover the associated shipping costs.

Changes to Orders and Correct Shipping Information Accuracy and completeness of your Shipping Information during checkout is essential to prevent delays or cancellations. If you find an error, please email us at support@beautysaloon.dk within 24 hours of placing the order and we will endeavor to accommodate changes.
